We know what startups are looking for, and will assess both soft and hard skills (yes, we'll even perform a tech interview!). How is Aldo better than a traditional recruiter?

How much are overseas developers paid?

Generally, businesses should expect to pay senior+ overseas tech talent between $60,000-$120,000/yr, medium-level talent between $35,000-$80,000/yr, and junior talent between $20,000-$40,000/yr.

Exact pay would depend on the combination of the talent's specialization, time in the industry, soft skills, location, and so on. The pay is subject to a direct negotiation between you and the talent.

What do Aldo services cost?

Our recruiting fee for overseas talent is $9,900 + 9% annual cash compensation of the hire. This is, on average, 50-70% cheaper than a standard recruiters fee for bringing on an US-based developer.

We charge a refundable deposit of $500 to initiate a search. Volume discounts and installment plans are available.

Are you a dev shop?

We're not a dev shop. Aldo is a headhunting agency that helps you find developers that you can choose to employ either directly, or through Aldo as an EOR.

We help you find the individuals that will de-facto become some of the most loyal members of your team.

I don't want to deal with international payments or compliance.

If your company prefers to avoid employing international talent directly, we're offering Employer of Record services. In other words, you'd be making your payments to the US-based business entity, while we take care of all the legal, hr, compliance and payment shenanigans for your new staff.

I'd like to do the recruiting myself, but I've never hired overseas talent before.
